Our pneumatic conveying systems are designed to transport any flowable material. The transporter unit receives materials like powders and dry granulars from bulk supply such as silos, trucks, or rail cars. The system then conveys the bulk materials to as many destination points as are required. The transporters operate on a cycling system and have virtually no moving parts. Operational functions of filling, conveying, pressurizing, and repeating are all enabled by valves, and every transporters is built customer and product specific in terms of capacity, cycle rate and material throughout.Transporters in all sizes can be built to specific physical size configurations. Where floor space is at a premium, taller transporters can achieve the same tons per hour (TPH) as shorter transporters with larger diameters.
Eductors convert the output of a blower into suction that can be used to entrain and feed powders, pellets, and bulk solids into a pneumatic conveying system. Because they have no moving parts, they can operate almost entirely maintenance-free. The eductor compresses the air/solids mixture to an appropriate pressure that will overcome losses in the downstream convey line.
